It's going to be a white Christmas!

Well this morning I woke up to a blanket of white covering the ground and cars. I first went out to take a couple pictures and shovel my drive way, which exhausted me. Joe then came home for lunch because he is just working down the street and as he was leaving to go back to work the truck tires were just spinning and spitting out snow behind it. Snow is beautiful but it also makes things more complicated. I've got a list of things that I need to get done before me and Joe leave on Monday to Virginia for Christmas, but apparently the weather has other plans. It's funny how a mixture of changes happen in the atmosphere and it can make something so beautiful, but yet don't under estimate this soft fluffy goodness. I'm sitting at my desk in my living room which is under a window that looks out at the road and as cars take these corners I see them slip and slide and it doesn't look fun, but hopefully things will start to get better out there because I have things to do before this holiday is here.... I guess if I don't accomplish them, at least we will have a white Christmas.

Here are a couple pics I took of the snow. Pictures don't do it justice though.
